Our story

Built after one too many WhatsApp bookings.

In 2023, our co-founder Rhea's mom ran a home salon. Her “booking system” was a shared notebook and 200 unread WhatsApp messages. She missed clients, double-booked chairs, and lost deposits to no-shows.

We tried to plug her into existing tools. All of them were either enterprise platforms built for 50-chair salons, or fragile link-in-bio products with no real backend. None were designed for the millions of service businesses that run on one person's phone.

So we built one. BookFlow is the booking page, CRM, and AI assistant her mom needed — and that 2,400+ other businesses now use across 18 countries.
